Shipping + Returns

To initiate a return or exchange, you must access your account at: https://shopify.com/7568563/account and submit a request for authorization.

All return and exchange requests are subject to approval. Items returned without prior authorization and a valid Return Authorization (“RA”) number may be refused.

We accept returns for exchange or store credit only. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

Eligible items must be received within thirty (30) days from the original shipment date and must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • In original packaging (where applicable)

Failure to meet these conditions will result in denial of the return.

Store credit will be issued once the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved. Please allow up to seven (7) business days for processing.


Final Sale

All sale items are deemed Final Sale.

Any item marked as discounted, promotional, or purchased during a sale event is not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. This policy is strictly enforced without exception.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged
  • Items missing original tags or packaging
  • Intimates, swimwear, or bodysuits without protective lining
  • Accessories, including but not limited to face masks, ski masks, and socks
  • Sale or discounted items (Final Sale)

Any shipment containing ineligible items will be rejected or returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.


International Orders

All international orders are final and not eligible for return or exchange.

Customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are non-refundable.


Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

In the case of an approved exchange, we will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item. Only one (1) exchange is permitted per order.


Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

Any order that is refused or remains unclaimed will be subject to a return shipping and handling fee. This fee will be deducted from any applicable store credit issued.


Return Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if an account is flagged for suspected abuse, excessive returns, or fraudulent activity.


Additional Conditions

Due to health and safety regulations, face masks are not eligible for return or exchange.

All determinations regarding returns, exchanges, and store credit are made at our sole discretion and are final.

Acknowledgment of Return Terms

By submitting a return request and/or shipping an item back to us, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined in this Return Policy.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Acceptance of store credit or exchange only (no refunds)

  • Compliance with all return conditions and eligibility requirements

  • Responsibility for return shipping costs

  • Acceptance that all return decisions are final

Any return sent to us constitutes agreement to these terms. Returns that do not comply may be refused or returned at the sender’s expense.
