Shipping + Returns


Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to process, which will then be shipped via your chosen method – you'll receive automatic notification when your order ships, as well as tracking info. If you need your order shipped sooner than the allotted 3 business day processing time, please contact us via email.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, tampered with or carrier delayed packages.

You have up to 20 minutes from when you placed your order to cancel. Not all items are available to cancel.

By placing an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes levied by your destination country. Unfortunately we are unable to calculate these charges prior to your order being placed, and cannot be held responsible for them.

Returns and Exchanges


If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your recent Karl Kani order, we will gladly accept exchanges of items that are in new condition, with original tags attached, within 30 days of the ship date on your invoice. Return items must not be washed, worn or altered. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing.

NO Refunds ONLY returns for store credit!


We do not accept returns if the hand tag is not on the garment.

All returns are issued into store credit.

Shipping costs are not refundable and you are responsible for the costs of shipping the products back to us. However we will cover shipping of a new item in case of exchange.

It can take up to 7 business days to issue your store credit once your return is received.

Used items will not be eligible for store credit or exchange.

If your account is flagged for returns abuse we can't accept your return.

Due to COVID-19 all masks will not be issued for a return due to sanitary reasons and the safety of our employees and customers. 

Please note :Refused or unclaimed packages will be subject to a fee depending on the shipping cost which will be deducted from your refund.  

There are some item not eligible for return:

    • Anything worn, altered, washed or missing its original packaging or tags
    • Intimates, swimwear, and bodysuits without their lining
    • All accessories including face masks, ski mask, socks etc

If your return comes back with any of these ineligible items we are not able to accept it and will not issue store credit.

Please use the form below to lookup your order and submit an exchange request. If you ship your return without first receiving an approval email that includes your RA number(s), the return may not be accepted.

Once we receive the garment, we will issue an exchange.
