Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to process, which will then be shipped via your chosen method – you'll receive automatic notification when your order ships, as well as tracking info. If you need your order shipped sooner than the allotted 3 business day processing time, please contact us via email.
The risk of loss and title for items purchased by you pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the shipping carrier.
By placing an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes levied by your destination country. Unfortunately we are unable to calculate these charges prior to your order being placed, and cannot be held responsible for them.

Returns and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your recent Karl Kani order, we will gladly accept returns of items that are in new condition, with original tags attached, within 30 days of the ship date on your invoice. Return items must not be washed, worn or altered. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment unless otherwise specified on the return/exchange form. Your account will be credited for the original amount that was paid for the merchandise, less shipping fees, upon processing of the returned item(s). The credit should appear on your next statement. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing.
Please use the form below to lookup your order and submit a return or exchange request. If you ship your return without first receiving an approval email that includes your RA number(s), the processing of your return may be delayed because we may be unable to track your return.
Once we receive the garment, we will issue a full refund, or issue an exchange.
